I've written many previous posts about the amazing, health benefits tai chi offers the practitioner. Below is a newly published link on a NIH study on Tai Chi's ability to help strengthen muscles and improve balance for Parkinson's patients. I would also add that tai chi is the most under-rated exercise program for people of all ages that will help keep one internally young. Why? Tai Chi releases all the negative affects from the daily stressors in our lives. MOM
